These cooking demos were broadcast on WCIA's locally-produced lifestyle and human interest show called "Central Illinois Living." Hosted by Heather Roberts, ciLiving is broadcast every weekday at 3pm on WCIA-TV and these segments are also archived on YouTube (see playlist).
